Seoul National University is a South Korean national university founded in 1946. Its principal campus is at Gwanak in Seoul, with medical education centred at Yeongeon and additional activities at other locations. The university's Korean name is 서울대학교, commonly abbreviated in English as SNU. It offers undergraduate degrees, master's programmes, doctoral research and professional graduate education.
